This gal used the white end of a Revlon Nail Art Neon duo polish for the base and a pot of hexagonal gold glitter purchased on eBay. Apply the gold glitter "roll" down the middle and center first to get the alignment and spacing right. A couple top coats of "fast dry" Seche Vite and you're done.
